用中药辅助治疗犬瘟热临床效果研究
Study of Clinical Adjuvant Therapy Effect of Canine Distemper Using Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Inspired by successfully curing Vaccinum Influenzae Vivum by using Traditional Chinese Medicine ,321 sick dogs infected by CDV from 5 pet clinics in Shanghai were randomly allocated into two groups. 124 dogs of group 1 (pneumonic type 60, gastroenteritis type 34 and mixed type 30 )were cured by western medicine. 197 dogs of group 2(pneumonic type 91, gastroenteritis type 56 and mixed type 50 )were treated by Chinese Medicine based on conventional western medicine according to symptom with reference to the H1N1 therapeutic schedule. Randomly select 68 sick dogs to do dot blot hybridization CDV of blenna narium 7 d before and after the treatment. The results of group therapy showed that the cure rate of the second group was higher than that of the first group, pneumonic type was 22%, gastroenteritis type was 22. 6% and mixed type was 17. 3% respectively. Results of dot blot hybridization showed that the positive rate treated by the second group reduced by 50% and that of the first group was 30%. Above results showed that Traditional Chinese Medicine adjuvant therapy could increase the cure rate of CD.关键词
