摘要
Abstract
The main environmental factors including oxygen , carbon dioxide , ammonia , sulfureted hydrogen , bacteria , temperature and relative humidity in henhouse were determined and analysed. The experimetal results showed that the oxygen concentration inside averaged 19. 6% ,6. 0% lower than that of the outside; the carbon dioxide concentration was 3 673. 0 mg/m3,8. 48 times than that of the outside ; the bacteria concentration was 6. 9×105 cfu/m3; the temperature inside averaged 24. 0 ℃ ; the concentration of ammonia surpassed 100mg/m3 during whole period and the concentration of sulfureted hydrogen was under the minimum detectable concentration 1 mg/m3. This study suggested that the concentration of carbon dioxide and ammonia were far beyond the standard and the concentration of oxygen was deficient, and the interaction of environmental factors and pathogens might be the main reason to the disease of the fowl .关键词
