摘要

Abstract

Objective We discussed the similar features and changes in kidney and ovary. The aims of this study were to add new contents for the physiological functions of the kidney. Methods We prepared the model of ovariectomized rats, the characteristics of FSH Recepter( FSHR) , LH Recepter( LHR) in kidney were analyzed by ra-dioimmunoassay, RT-PCR semi-quantitative. Results In kidney and ovary, low dose of FSH and LH increased the level of the FSHR mRNA, LHR mRNA , while high dose of FSH and LH decreased the level of the FSHR mRNA, LHR mRNA; the high-dose estrogen significantly decreased the level of the FSHR mRNA from 0. 777 ± 0. 294 to 0. 514+0. 249(F <0. 05) . Conclusions In rat kidney and ovarian, the regulation characteristics of the FSHR, LHR were same, the kidney and ovarian may have similar functions.
