The Stability of Exogenous Cellulase Activity Influenced by the Intestine Environment of Silkworm

摘要

Abstract

The process of cellulose be digested was influenced importantly by cellulase. In this experiment, the influences of exogenous enzyme activity under different temperatures and pH, the temperature stability, the pH stability and the enzyme activity stability under the condition of silkworm were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions were determined as follows: temperature 30℃ ,and pH8. 0. The cellulase has a good temperature stability under the condition of silkworm. And when pH was in the range of 8. 0-10. 0, the enzyme activity was stable. The cellulase has a good enzyme activity and plays biological activity in 80 minutes in this experiment.
