湖南汉族人群MICB等位基因多态性与白血病的相关性研究
A Study on the Correlation between MICB Alleles Polymorphism and Leukemia in Hunan Han Population
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study on the polymorphism of MICB and its correlation with leukemia in Hunan Han population. Methods:PCR-SSP and PCR-SBT were used to analyze the gene polymorphism of MICB. Results; 13 allelic genes were found in patients of leukemia, and the frequency of MICB * 005 :02/010 was significantly lower than that of control group ( OR =0.416, P ＜ 0. 05 ) . There was no significant difference of MICB gene frequency between different types of leukemia. Conclusions:MICB * 005 ;02/010 allelic gene polymorphisms may be associated with leukemia protection.关键词
