秋水仙碱诱导甘草四倍体的研究

摘要
Abstract
The mature seeds of Glycyrrhiza inflata Batalin were used as material, the seeds treated with budding for 12 h, 24 h, 36 h were immersed in 0.05% , 0.076% and 0. 1% colchicines solutions for 12 h, 24 h, 36 h respectively for inducing tetraploid and the chromosome numbers of the regenerated plantlets were examined. The results showed that the treatment with 0. 075% colchicine solution for 24 h after 24 h of budding would be the best combination and the mutation rate reached 41% . The chromosome number of cell become from 2n =2x = 16 to 2n =4x =32.关键词
