摘要

Abstract

Rice stripe disease caused by rice stripe virus (RSV) is a major threat to the rice production of China. One of the most important hurdles preventing the development of effective controlling measures of RSV is the lack of knowledge on RSV-rice interaction. Metabolomics is a newly developed research area which studies the responses of a cell, a tissue or the whole body to environmental cues at the level of metabolites. RSV infection could result in significant changes in the metabolites of rice by GC-MS. At the level of metabolites, the rice cultivars with distinct susceptibility might respond differentially to RSV. By database retrieving, 12, 11,9 and 14 kinds of metabolites were identified from Wuyu-jing 3 healthy, Wuyujing 3 diseased, KT95-418 healthy and KT95-418 diseased plants, respectively.
