Ti(C,N)系结合剂PCBN复合片制备及性能研究
Synthesis and performances of PCBN compacts with Ti (C, N)-based binder
摘要
Abstract
With Ti (C, IN) as binder, high toughness and high wear resistance PCBN compacts were prepared by adding different materials. The relationship between liie micro hardness, wear ratio, impact resistance of PCBN compacts with addition of Ti (C, N) -based binder and different additives was investigated. The micro structure and the phase of PCBN compacts were analysed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, etc. The results showed that the addition of WC, A12O3, Y2O3 and nickel plated SiC whisker remarkably enhanced the comprehensive performance of the PCBN compacts, while the additon of A1N reduced their wear and impact resistance.关键词
