Abstract
In order to obtain good quality and tight thickness deviation of green segment of diamond saw blade, granulating treatment of the metal powder is needed to improve the flowability and bulk density of the powder. In this paper, two granulating processes,namely sieve rubbing method and high speed stirring granulation method were experimentally studied and compared. Powder particle morphology, bulk density, flowability, as well as the green segment properties were tested. The results showed that; the powders prepared by sieve rubbing method had lower hulk density, while the powders prepared by high speed stirring granulation method had a batter flowability. Meanwhile, the green segment made with the powders from high speed stirring granulation method showed an improved mass homogeneity.关键词
