β-catenin基因在辽宁绒山羊皮肤毛囊中表达的研究
Expression of β-catenin in the Skin of Liaoning Cashmere Goats
摘要
Abstract
β-eatenin is an important regulatory factor in Wnt signal pathway, and plays an important role in growth and development, organizational function of organisms of follicle cell. In order to study the ex- pression of β-catenin in the skin of Liaoning cashmere goat at the ages of 45 days, 365 days, 730 days old, Real-time PCR technology was used in the experiment. The results showed that β-catenin could be expressed in the skin of Liaoning cashmere goats at the different ages. The expression amount of β- eatenins were significant higher at the age 45 days old than that at the age of 365 days old and 730 days old( P 〈 0.01 ), however, the expression amount of β-catenin were similar between 365 days old and 730 days old. This experiment showed that β-catenin played an important role in growth and maturation pro- cesses of skin hair follicle of cashmere goat.关键词
