摘要
Abstract
Aleutian mink disease virus(ADV) is an independent copying parvovirus which mainly infects mink and widely existents in mink population. The proteins of ADV are divided into structural protein (VP1 ,VP2) and non-structural(NS1, NS2). VP1 protein plays an important role in assisting to infect cells, VP2 protein is the major virus immunogenic antigen, which antibody can neutralize virus in vitro, NS1 and NS2 protein are important in regulating virus replication in host cell. This paper described the recent progresses of the structural protein and non-structural protein at home and abroad.关键词
