摘要
Abstract
Baculovirus is a specific pathogen from insects. The Baculovirus Expression Vector System has been recognized as one of the four expression systems in current gene engineering. The development and application of the component elements of baculovirus expression system ( transfer vector, parental viruses and recombinant media) has been minutely discussed in present paper. One of the applied fields is to be developed as biological pesticides used in agricultural production, the second application is the expression of recombinant proteins in the basic researches on biological molecules , and the third is on gene therapy, vaccine development and drug screening in medical researches.关键词
