摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the ink presetting performance in printing digital workflow, an ink presetting technology based on image analysis is presented. The 1 bit TIFF image after processed by RIP is selected as the basis data for extracting the dot area of each inkzone. Then the mathematical model between the dot area and the ink key opening degree is established, the least square method is used to calculate the model parameters. The experimental results show the obtained ink amount can better fit the original data. The proposed technology not only can improve the printing efficiency, but also can reduce the printing wastes.
