Abstract
For the service cost and logistics service quality, the bi-level programming model is designed to select functional logistics provider, the upper-level objective function determines service cost which should be minimized; the lower-level objective function is supplier's service quality which should be maximized. Through the method of QFD, comprehensive evaluating logistics suppliers by the evaluation index and customer needs, the synthetically expressive degree of each subcontract supplier is gained. The bi-level iterative algorithm is designed for the model, and through a case study, both the model and the algorithm are validated.关键词
