摘要

Abstract

A 5 Degree Of Freedom (DOF) human upper limb operation comfort model is developed. Considering the influence of human physiological configuration and movement characters, the RULA method is introduced to the model' s establishment. The model is achieved in SimMechanics based on the principle of hierarchy and modularity. Adopting China helicopter pilot anthropometric data, contrasting the result of CATIA system simulation, the rationality and practicability of the model is validated. Using collective pitch control layout design as example, the corresponding apparatus amenity curve and parameter are acquired. The results can provide effective reference for helicopter cockpit steering apparatus design.
