Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transbronchial needle aspiration (TBNA) for the lesions in mediastina,pulmonary hilus and bronchial mucosa. Methods Fifty -nine patients with the lesions in mediastina,pulmonary hilus and bronchial mucosa underwent the diagnosis by TBNA. The positive rate and safety of TBNA were observed. Results In 59 patients with TBNA,a total of 89 punctures were recorded with 68 successful punctures (76.4% ). Twenty -six mediastinal lymph node metastases of lung cancers,1 submucosal adenocarcinoma,5 lymph node tuberculosis,1 mediastinal cyst and 1 hyperplasia inflammation of mediastinal lymph node were diagnosed. Conclusion The TBNA makes up for the deficiencies of conventional bronchoscopy. It plays a remarkable role in the diagnosis of lesions in mediastina,pulmonary hilus and bronchial mucosa with high safety,easy operation and low cost,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
