Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of betaloc combined with digoxin in the treatment of atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 86 patients with atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into control group (n = 43) and treatment group (n = 43). The control group received digoxin,while the treatment group received both digoxin and betaloc. The changes of heart function,heart rate and quality of life in both groups were observed. Results The improvements of heart rate,heart function and quality of life in the treatment group were better than in the control group. The total efficacy rate of the treatment group (90.7 %) was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.1 %). The difference was statistically significant. The adverse reactions of the two groups had no significant difference. Conclusion Betaloc combined with digoxin is an effective and safe therapeutic regime for patients with atrial fibrillation.关键词
