Influence of patient controlled analgesia pump on postpartum lactation after cesarean section
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of patient controlled analgesia pump on postpartum lactation and pain relief after cesarean section. Methods 120 cases of puerperas with cesarean section were divided into two groups,60 cases each. The observation group received patient controlled analgesia pump,the control group received dolantin. The influence of postpartum lactation and pain relief after cesarean section of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rates in treatment group 2 h and 24 h after cesarean section were obviously higher than that in control group. The beginning lactation time in treatment group was obviously shorter than that in control group. The lactation rates in treatment group 24 h and 48 h after cesarean section were obviously higher than that in control group. The rates of lactation quantity more than (++) in treatment group 24 h,48 h and 72 h after cesarean section were obviously higher than that in control group. There was no severe adverse reactions of respiratory system in all puerperas. Conclusion Patient controlled analgesia pump after cesarean section has good effect and fewer side effects. It can bring forward lactation time,increase of lactation quantity and the successful rate of breastfeeding.关键词
