摘要
Abstract
Objective To improve the curative efficacy of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV)in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD),by nursing interventions for pre - treatment,treatment and weaning. Methods 38 cases with AECOPD using NIPPV treatment were collected. Effective nursing measures were performed pre- treatment,treatment and weaning. Curative efficacy was evaluated. Results During the treatment of 38 cases with AECOPD using NIPPV,taking appropriate nursing measures as soon as possible could significantly improve patients compliance and clinical efficacy. Conclusion In the process of NIPPV treatment of AECOPD,correct assessment of the patients,well cognitive education,accessing to the patient's active cooperation,in strict accordance with the operating procedures and care routines improve adherence to treatment of patients with NIPPV. Early interventions for the problems can significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy,reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
