Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing strategies for pulmonary artery sling children complicated with respiratory infection. Methods The clinical data of 3 PAS children complicated with respiratory infection were retrospectively analyzed. The observation of the progression of disease was strengthened,the airway was cleared in time,and airway was kept clear. Feeding instructions were given and psychological care was properly conducted. Results All the three patients had bronchial stenosis complicated with respiratory tract infections,and obvious airway obstruction symptoms. After careful nursing,all were discharged with improved conditions. No nursing complications occurred. Conclusion The nurses should strengthen the progression of disease of PAS children complicated with respiratory infections,improve airway management and feeding guidance,and keep airways clear. All these measures can promote the recovery of patients and make them smoothly transit to operation period.关键词
