摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing to senile cataract patients after phacoemulsification suction and intraocular lens implantation surgery,to provide a basis for clinical treatment,health education and clinical care,and to find ways to prove comfort level of elderly cataract patients after phacoemulsification suction and intraocular lens implantation surgery. Methods 145 patients after surgery from January 2011 to March 2011 in our hospital were conducted with traditional operating room nursing as control group. 178 patients from April 2011 to June 2011 were given comfort care on the basis of conventional operating room nursing after surgery as observation group. We compared the ability to cooperation,comfort level,and satisfaction with nursing work between the two groups. Results The ability to cooperation,comfort level,and satisfaction of the case group were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusions Comfortable nursing could enhance the ability to cooperation with surgery,promote the comfort,the trust and satisfaction of patients and their family to operating room nursing.关键词
