摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway in patients with breast tumor surgery. Methods A total of 118 patients with breast tumor surgery were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group. The observation group received clinical pathway while the control group adopted the traditional nursing methods. Treatment and nursing effect of the two groups were observed. Results The hospitalization duration,costs,health education awareness,compliance and satisfaction showed significant differences between the two groups (P< 0.05). Conclusion Application of clinical pathway in patients with breast tumor surgery can improve patients'satisfaction and compliance,reduce hospitalization duration and costs,improve the patients'satisfaction of nursing quality and the understanding of the disease,and finally achieve satisfactory nursing efficacy.关键词
