Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of the predictive nursing procedures on intra - hospital transport of critical patients. Methods Sixty critical patients who received intra - hospital transport from January to December 2010 were selected as control group. They were escorted with ordinary recovery stretcher with proper position and smoothness of respiratory tract. They were monitored carefully during the transport. Another 60 critical patients who received intra- hospital transport from January to December 2011 were selected as experiment group. Predictive nursing procedures were administered in the pre - transport,intra - transport and post - transport. Transport time,adverse events and incidence of medical disputes between the two groups were observed. Results Intra - hospital transport time in the control group was (38.6±6) min,while it was (30.2±3) min in the experiment group. The transfer efficiency of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Incidence of adverse events and medical disputes of the experiment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of predictive nursing procedures in the intra - hospital transport of critical patients can effectively reduce the transport time,improve the quality of treatment,optimize the physician- patient relationship,and reduce incidence of adverse events,so it is worthy of wide application.关键词
