摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing of bedside isolated ultrafiltration in 5 patients with refractory heart failure. Methods The comfortable nursing was in its place through effective psychological nursing,establishment and maintenance of vascular access,close monitoring of the progression of disease,and timely identification and treatment of complications. Results Through the treatment of ultrafiltration with active nursing,conditions of heart failure symptoms markedly improved with no complications. Conclusion Close observation of the progression of disease,active and effective nursing are indispensable in the treatment process. Clinical countermeasures to prevent complications are essential to the success of ultrafiltration.关键词
