摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application and efficacy of body posture intervention in effective appraisal prevention of pressure ulcers,and resolve the questions such as risk of pressure ulcers,defection of preventive therapy and management deficiency in total hip replacement for senile patients. Methods All the patients were divides into two groups. The best nursing mode was summarized through preoperative evaluation,pressure ulcer nursing and evidence - based literature review. ResultsThere was statistical difference and significance between two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion The application of body posture intervention can scientifically guide and evaluate the systematic management work of prevention of pressure ulcer in preoperative and intraoperative periods. It also can improve nursing quality,reduce pressure ulcer costs,disputes and postoperative sufferings through individual - based procedures of evaluation - prevention - treatment for patients with artificial total hip replacement.关键词
