Abstract
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing intervention on patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated with percutaneous compression plating (PCCP). Methods Perioperative nursing was administered to 43 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated with PCCP. A follow-up of (10. 37 ± 2. 98) months was conducted. Results All of the patients attained satisfactory efficacy,and the functional evaluation was made according to the standard of Harris Score. The results were as follows: excellent in 20 cases,good in 18 cases and acceptable in 5 cases. There was no case with nursing complications. Conclusion PCCP is a kind of advanced and effective technique in treating senile patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures. The scientific perioperative nursing intervention can reduce complications,improve success rate of operation and help attain satisfactory efficacy.关键词
