摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of evidence - based nursing in periopera-tive period of cervical disc replacement so as to achieve successful rehabilitation,reduce complications and shorten hospitalization duration. Methods An evidence - based nursing team was formed for 12 patients to raise clinical nursing issues,review literature,have discussion and formulate nursing measures of evidence- based nursing. Results After the implementation of evidence- based nursing,only 1 patient had pulmonary infection and was recovered after treatment. Twelve patients were followed up and evaluated by Odom Score,which showed 9 excellent cases and 3 good cases. Conclusion Evidence - based nursing used in perioperative period of cervical disc replacement can improve the nursing quality,the nurse - patient relationship and the professional level of the nursing stuff.关键词
