摘要
Abstract
Objective To study analgesic effect of continuously intravenous injection of Sufentani after abdominal operation in general surgical department and nursing observation. Methods 157 patients who were undertaken abdominal operation were divided into two groups,one group(A) was that patients were dealed with continuously intravenous injection of sufentani by retrospective methods,the other group were treated by intramuscular injection,analgesic effects were compared between two groups and nursing methods were also recorded. Results The analgesic effect of continuously intravenous injection of Sufentani was better than intramuscular injection. Conclusion The analgesic effect of continuously intravenous injection of Sufentani was better in general surgical department,it was worthy of clinical spreading,the nurses could conclude the details in the process of operation in time and relieve the pain of patients.关键词
