摘要
Abstract
With the increase in people's average life expectancy, the increasingly high incidence of neurological disorders and the blood-brain barrier is becoming a problem in the treatment of neurological disorders.The brain is a delicate organ that can efficiently protect itself from harmful compounds and precisely regulate its microenvironment.Unfortunately, the same mechanisms can also obstruct drugs into the brain to play their therapeutic role.This article not only reviewed the confirmed methods which improve the blood-brain barrier permeability of drugs, such as chemical modification, formulation transformation,and combination therapy, but also systematically expounded the ideas and methods for increasing the drug blood-brain barrier transmittance.关键词
