Abstract
To improve the management efficiency of the shipping firm of a small and medium-sized type, this paper introduces a research on the optimization of a ship enterprise management information system. The paper analyzes the current state of using the software system of the domestic and foreign maritime transportation field as a base, and checks and analyzed the example of an actual ship in operation and its frequency in service as two main analysis methods. This paper analyzes the system of management of the ship enterprise of a small and medium-sized type and the loss and gain of the marine transportation course by methods of analyzing the example of navigation. It aims to improve the survival capacity and the competitiveness of the company of the ship enterprise of a small and medium-sized type in the market of extremely bad maritime transportation. Moreover, an important scientific method of objectively solving this problem is put forward. The method achieves good results.关键词
