Abstract
The requirements of the information integration between the product design department and the after-service department are firstly analyzed,then the product after-service information model is established,based on Web service,the integration architecture between PDM and the after-service system is constructed,the two systems are integrated,and implemented in an auto enterprise, which lays the groundwork of the improvement of product development and the improvement of after-services level.关键词
