Determination of Fenpropathrin Residue in Food by Using Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry Method
摘要
Abstract
The author presented a method for the determination of Fenpropathrin residue in 10 kinds of food by using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry method. The samples were extracted by n - hexane, acetonitrile and ethyl acetate through liquid - liquid partition, purified by HLB cartridge and florisil cartridge, and determined by using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry and external standard method. The recovery rate of this method was 70.0% ~ 110. 0% , the relative standard deviation was 3. 3% ~ 12. 3% , and the detection low limit was 0.01 mg/kg.关键词
