摘要

Abstract

The influences and interactive effects of three kinds of phenolic acids (benzoic acid, p - hydroxy benzoic acid and phthalic acid) on peanut seed germination, peanut anthracnose pathogen and nitrogen -fixing bacteria were researched by using the method of culture in Petri dishes. The results showed that the studied three kinds of acids at relatively high adding concentration had inhibitive effect on peanut seed germination. They mainly exhibited inhibitive effect on the growth of peanut anthracnose pathogen. They promoted the growth of nitrogen - fixing bacteria at low adding concentration and inhibited the growth at high adding concentration. The interactive effects were found among the studied three kinds of phenolic acids, when they acted each other, their allelopathic effect on peanut seed germination revealed an enhanced trend, while that on the growth of peanut anthracnose pathogen appeared a weakened trend, but that on the growth of nitrogen - fixing bacteria exhibited an enhanced trend at low concentration and a weakened trend at high concentration.
