烤烟烘烤过程中主要含氮化合物与烟气氨释放量的相关性研究
Study on Correlation between Main Nitrogen Compounds and Flue Gas Ammonia Emission of Flue-cured Tobacco in Baking Process
摘要
Abstract
The correlation between the contents of main nitrogen compounds and flue gas ammonia emission of flue - cured tobacco leaves in the process of baking was analyzed. The results showed that: in the baking process, the contents of total nitrogen, total plant alkaloid and protein decreased, and the protein content reduced most; the amino acid content at late yellowing stage and late color fixation stage showed two peaks; the flue gas ammonia emission had a significantly positive correlation with amino acid content and nitrate content in tobacco leaf, but had a significantly negative correlation with the protein content. Through stepwise regression analysis , the regression equation of flue gas ammonia emission was established as follows:Y = 0. 369785 + 0. 194658X1- 0. 05609X2+ 0. 091147X3(R =0.952, P<0. 01) , in which; X1 was amino acid content, X2 was protein content, X3 was nitrate content.关键词
