A Methodology of Building a Real - time Dynamic Vessel Model Based on the Electrocardio and Pulse Signals

Abstract
At present, the blood vessel model used in image - guided navigation system of blood vessel minimally invasive surgery is reconstructed from patient specific MRI, which is in 3D static state,and can not reflect the real - time motion of the vessel. To this question, a methodology of building patient specific real - time vessel model based on electrocardio and pulse signals is come up. This methodology mainly contain three aspects, the first is building a parametric dynamic vessel model, the second is sampling and handling the patient electrocardio and pulse signals,and the third is building the model based on the signals. The instantaneity and accuracy of this system has been verified by experiments. This research has created a relatively real - time dynamic vessel model for image - guided navigation system of blood vessel minimally invasive surgery, which improves the telepresence of the operation and provide vision information for the surgeon.关键词
