摘要

Abstract

The finite difference time domain method is the most commonly used method to solve Maxwell equations in the calculation of photonic crystal structure, which can also be applied more widely in these kinds of structure. In this paper, the dispersion characteristics in 2D dielectric PBG structure are analyzed by using FDTD method. The simulation results have very good agreement with our reference data.
