摘要
Abstract
Recently, with the continuous deepening of our school teaching reform, the enrollment scale becomes larger and larger, and the training objective is changed, working difficulty for educational administration has being increased. In order to meet the needs of our applied undergraduate education, update and upgrade for educational administration system have been imminent, the original of which has been a bottleneck for educational administration. These issues, such as how do educational administration adapt to the new measures of current college development, how to improve the teaching quality and management level, how to realize the training objectives of building quality and characteristics for college, how to cultivate all kinds of talents adapting to social demand, and how to serve the development of regional economy, need urgently to be resolved for our school educational administrators.关键词
