摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect in treatment of nonunion of femoral fracture with plate and interlocking intramedullary nail and bone graft. Methods 33 cases were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail assisted by locking compression plate and bone graft. Results All cases were followed up for 6 ~ 18 months and all fractures obtained clinical healing. Conclusions The method for treatment of nonunion of femoral fracture with interlocking intramedullary nail assisted by side locking compression plate and bone graft has advantages of stable fixation, easy healing of fracture, early motion of knee joint and has a satisfactory effect.关键词
