Abstract
Objective To approach the clinical effect of arthroscopically assisted two-line and four-point osteosynthe-sis for intercondylar spine of tibia fracture. Methods 25 patients with intercondylar spine of tibia fracture were treated with arthroscopically assisted two-line and four-point osteosynthesis. Results All cases were followed up for 6 ~ 24 months. All patients got fracture healed in 6 ~ 12 weeks postoperatively, with no fracture shifting or infection. The postoperative Lachman test, anterior and posterior drawer test were all negative. 6 months after surgery, the Lysholm score was range 86 ~95. f2 months after surgery, the Lysholm score was range 90 ~97. Conclusions Two-line and four-point osteosynthesis has good results for intercondylar spine of tibia fracture with fewer disturbances to the knee and wide indication, so it has good clinical results.关键词
