脱氢枞胺及其Schiff碱衍生物与DNA作用的研究
DNA-Binding Studies of Dehydroabietylamine and Its Schiff Base Derivatives

Abstract
N-[ ( pyridin-2-ylmethylene )-imino ] dehydroabietylamine schiff base (L2) and its reduced form ( L3 ) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectra,'H NMR and MS techniques. The interaction between individual compound and salmon sperm DNA was investigated by UV,fluorescence and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopic and viscosity analysis. Results show that all the three compounds bind to DNA by intercalation mode,and the schiff base is the strongest binding agent among them.关键词
