Abstract
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of supratentorial hypo-critical point hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH). Methods The clinical data of 134 patients of hypo-critical point HICH with minimal invasive cranial drilling by urokinase or conservative therapy were analyzed retrospectively. Results In minimal invasive cranial drilling group, there were 26 patients and 38 patients were able to manage daily life by themselves 30 days and 3 months after operation. Whereas, in conservative therapy group, there were 14 patients and 21 patients were able to respectively. Furthermore, ability in daily life (ADL) scores were significant higher in minimal invasively treated group than conservatively treated group. There were 6 patients in minimal invasively treated group and 5 in conservatively treated group recurred bleeding with no difference between either group. Neither of the group has death case. Conclusion It is better of the minimal invasive cranial drilling with urokinase than regular craniotomy in the treatment of supratentorial hypo-critical point HICH with hematoma of 20-30 ml.关键词
