摘要
Abstract
Due to the high Curie Temperature and low dielectric constant,bismuth layer structure lead-free piezoelectric ceramics have received great attention.There are extensive applications on high temperature and high frequency fields.This paper introduced the structure and characteristics of bismuth layer structure piezoelectric ceramics.Investigations on the modification of bismuth layer structure materials were summarized.关键词
