Research on the Extraction Technology with Microwave of Resveratrol from Polygonum Cuspidatum Sieb.Et Zucc
摘要
Abstract
Effect of factors such as ethanol concentration,microwave treatment time,material immersing time and solid-liquid rate was investigated on extraction rate of reveratrol and the different size of effects was found as follow: solid-liquid ratemicrowave treatment timeethanol concentration,and material immersing time in one hour had little effect.The extraction condition was optimized through orthogonal experiments by which the optimal extraction condition was determined: 60% ethanol,80 s of microwave treatment time and 1:10(g:mL) of solid-liquid rate.关键词
