A Rare Case of Ectopic Pregnancy with Hemolytic Jaundice as Initial Symptom

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze clinical features and pathogenesis of atypical ectopic pregnancy with hemolytic jaundice as the initial symptom. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of one case of atypical ectopic pregnancy with hemolytic jaundice as the initial symptom in our hospital was conducted. Results The patient was admitted for severe progressive dermal and icteric sclera, xanthochromia for 1 week and fever for 3 days. Uterus dissection was made 20 days earlier because of threatened abortion on 46th day of pregnancy, but no villous tissue was seen in postoperative pathological diagnosis. After careful examination combined with urine pregnancy test ( + ) a mixed mass in the left adnexal area was found by using gynecologic ultrasonography, and incoagulable blood was extracted through vaginal culdocentesis, The patient was finally diagnosed as having ectopic pregnancy. After emergency surgery, left tubal pregnancy was confirmed by pathological diagnosis. The patient was treated with hepatoprotection in addition to medication for cholaneresis and nourishing blood, the jaundice and other symptoms markedly improved. No abnormities were seen in 1-year follow-up. Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy accompanied with hemolytic anemia and jaundice is extremely rare in clinical practice, so clinicians should raise awareness of this disease.关键词
