摘要

Abstract

Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway is subject to wind blast all the year round and the train service is always forced to be suspended. The engineering solution for train overturning and speed raising is proposed according to the wind blast; moreover, the design basis, the stability calculation and the height determination of the wind-break wall are described; and the construction technology, effect analysis and improvement measures for the wall with three types of structure are set out herein as well.
