The Survey Study on the Influencing Factors of Policies and Regulations' Cognitive Degree for Infant Teachers

摘要

Abstract

Through the survey of part infant teachers in 12 kindergartens in the district of Mudanjiang,Heilongjiang province,on the cognitive degree of kindergartens' policies and regulations,it knows infant teachers' cognitive degree and influencing factors for policies and regulations,and puts forward the relevant solving countermeasures.The pre-post training organization of infant teachers should set up the relevant curriculum accordingly.Government relevant departments should increase the standard of employing infant teachers to increase kindergartens' managers' cognitive degree for policies and regulations.Infant teachers should keep pace with times and enhance their own professional cultivation.
