Study on Heat Transfer Property of the Grid Plate Heat Exchanger

Abstract
The two - dimensional physical model of fluid flowing in the board of the grid plate heat exchanger was established . The heat transfer property of the grid plate heat exchanger recycling residual heat was analyzed through the numerical simulation and slag flushing water experiment. The influence of board spacing and entrance velocity on the heat transfer performance and flow resistance was simulated; the pressure drop of the grid plate heat exchanger was measured in the experiment. The heat transfer performance and flow resistance property was analyzed. Finally the heat transfer and pressure drop correlation was built.关键词
