Abstract
A crankshaft is one of the most important parts in compressors. The main destruction form of those that having six or more than six cylinders is torsion vibration. For this purpose,the paper took the crankshaft of the compressor that having six cylinders as an example. By establishing the vibration equations and using finite element method, the first 8 modal of the crankshaft was analysed, the conclusion shows that by taking the nitriding, rolling handling and increasing the fillet radius of the crankshaft, the purpose of reducing the deformation and torsional vibration of the crankshaft can be achieved. In addition, by the harmonic response analysis of it, the resonance frequencies and amplitudes of the crankshaft, and the position of the maximnn resonance amplitude were calculated. They can provide a theoretical basis for the further design optimization of the crankshaft.关键词
