Analysis on Off Supply Characteristics of Variable Speed Rotary Compressor
摘要
Abstract
The analytic model of oil supply system for variable speed rotary compressor has been developed using CFD technology to study the oil supply mechanism and oil supply condition under different operating conditions. The results show that the oil supply amount is sufficient under four operating conditions for the tested prototype, but the temperature rise could reach 40℃ when the rotation speed is 450r/min under cooling half-capacity operating condition, and the spiral groove could not supply oil when the rotation speed decreases to 300r/min.关键词
