摘要

Abstract

Using a kind of mixed-flow pump as the object of the study, the time — averaged continuity equation with relative coordinates and the N-S equation is established on the basis of FLUENT software,And using standard k-e equation with turbulence model, unstructured tetrahedral network and SIMPLE algorithm to make numerical simulation. The study has done on the basis of the irrelevance of grid number, under different distance between impeller and guide vane ,taking the water resistance coefficient simulation when it is static and the performance parameter simulation when it is rotary, the results shows that : under special environment , the mixed-flow pump can obtain lower water resistance coefficient and high efficiency when the distance between impeller and guide vane is 0.45 b2 and can fulfill the required of low water resistance coefficient and high efficiency.
